definitely in for the thread and the banner! represent CANADA!

no, cbrnunit has the banner (or will) and he alone gets to choose where it goes, it is the carrier of the banner who makes the decisions, and it is up to everyone who carries it to make sure whomever they hand it off to will keep it moving as fast as possible. there have been routes discussed among members in the past, but they are mostly a suggestion, as when the time comes, someone may be out of town or not be able to move it, and a different route may be needed...

when it comes here to Calgary Alberta, it will either come in from Red Deer (almostfloored) or from the british columbia okanagan, and 99% chance it will leave the opposite direction.

your best bet to help this thing along, get to know the names of the members in your surounding areas, especially the people who are the closest, outside of the 1-2 hour mark, this is how we get this thing across the continent fastest

i assume that as with the last one, this is to be carried whenever possible IN a ranger based vehicle, though if it's not possible, any mode of transportation will work, and is not to be mailed or couriered... correct me if i'm wrong there Jim

I can help get it thru Indiana. Some road miles won't hurt my old worn out swampers.

Getting the banner through Quebec is going to be a challenge. I'm near Montreal and although I've been on here for many years I've never met another member. In fact I believe the nearest active members are hundreds of miles away in any direction. Some of the other provinces might be an even bigger challenge, NWT. and Newfeland spring to mind.

As stated in the other threads I got southern Mississippi (fun word to type BTW) covered from LA to AL on I10 possibly to FL panhandle if need be. Or north to Jackson Mississippi and down.

I'm in! Barrie, Ontario. Maybe we could use the old map with different colours for the new banner?

afaik, there's no members in NWT or Nunavut, there is in Yukon though

i had a dream about the banner last night... i lived in brazil, and cbrn shipped it to me from alaska instead of passing it from member to member... then my roommate's niece fell off the giant jesus that's in brazil. Then i woke up and was confused so checked my phone to see if there were pictures of the banner
