So what your saying is. With a volt meter or test light you pulled no voltage or got no light to come on at the instrument fuse on the drivers side fuse box. With the key on turned clock wise as to start truck. First step is replace the fuse or swap with another of the same amperage. Many have the replacements on the fuse panel their by the door. Second do you have any light in the dash working. can you dim them or make them bright?
