Going NP205, I know you can twinstick them. Concept sounds cool, would have been nice when I blew a rear u-joint last year to just turn it off and wire it up out of the way.

I see Bronco Graveyard sells a lever kit all over the place, I also see you can get two stock shifters and make your own. Opinions? How does all this fit a small Ranger cab?

For my sake, can you explain what you are talking about? Do you mean 2 transmissions?
You can put two levers on certain transfercases instead of one. One controls the front, one controls the back.

So you have high neutral and low on both sticks. There is an interlock so you can't mix up ranges but you can put either end (or both) in neutral if desired. Kind of appealing to have FWD if I want it so I can do things I can't do in RWD without putting up with the truck bucking in 4wd.

I would probably go the JY DIY route, I have a set of chrome FX4 shifters. It would be tempting to track down another chrome 4wd lever for the second stick.
