I have been trying for the past 5 hours to figure out my trucks problem. When it sits for awhile it will start up and run fine. After I shut it down and let it sit the truck won't start. It is cranking but not starting. I have to let it sit for a couple hours for it to start up or have someone tow me while I put it in 5th gear and it will start. I have replaced the following in it:
Engine coolant temp sensor
Fuel relay
Fuel filter
Fuel pressure regulator
Both o2 sensors
ICM, plugs and wires
New air intake
Cleaned fuel injectors and all have the correct amount of resistance (between 11-18 ohms).
All injectors are opening and closing.
MAF sensor is good
TPS is good aswell
All relays are good

I have a camshaft and crank shaft position sensor but cannot locate where the camshaft sensor is on my engine. Can anyone help me out here?? Pictures would be greatly appreciated!!!!! It is a 1994 half year 4.0l v6 pushrod engine manual transmition 5speed.
