blew the head gaskets in the danger ranger, don't really wanna rebuild it considering the high mileage of 193,000 miles. got a good deal on picking up a 99 ford explorer 5.0 v8 for $700 it needs a fuel pump. was thinking of picking it up as a parts vehicle and swapping all into the ranger. can you give me some insight to how difficult this would be wiring wise? going from obd-1 to obd-2 im guessing? also plan on using fox body mustang motor mounts which ive heard are a great fit. don't care about ac or heat if I have to move the ac box, that's not a big deal. its pretty much going to be a strict play truck for the desert.
also planning on ripping all the 4x4 out and just doing a prerunner build with some twin I beam set up.
and I appreciate any info or tips on what I want to build. you guys are all super knowledgeable and have helped me greatly in the past!
