I have not pulld the dif cover to chek for shur on my bronco but the doner is4x4 and mine is 2wd I was wondwering if I had to swap the rear axel as well as the frunt. That is why I was wondering about the difrent gearing betwen 2 and 4wd.

Gears have to match front to rear or bad things happen. So do whatever you got to. Either swap both or regear the front to your stock rear. Or regear both.

I'm just a welder not a profeser sorry about the gramer. :thefinger:Thnx 4.0b2 :icon_thumby:I will make shur the gears mach frunt and rear. I was just wondering if frume the factory 2wd and 4wd had difrent gears in the diffs.:icon_welder::

I think in either 4wd and 2wd they came in various configurations, i have one that came stock with 3.73 so they can have different gears just need to check if they match before swapping.
