I have read about turning my torsion bars to get 1-2 inches of front end lift. But my question is what do I do with the rearend to level the front lift out. I dont want a truck with the front end higher than the rear. Please help this newbie to ranger mods.

This, you can buy rear lift shackles to level out the rear. There are many brands, I like Belltech, they are decent and can be found on summitracing.com. Dont forget to get an alignment after cranking your torsion bars. I did when I was new to this and ruined my front tires

i think cranking my torsion bars would stop my tyres getting ruined, keep wearing on the inside.

Would make it worse actually. As you crank the torsion bars up the tops of the tires go inwards.
