My 1984 B2 is flooding itself after running for about 2 minutes. I think the problem may be the evap can filling with gas. If i was to run a hose from the evap out let on top to my tank, would it work like a return line and stop the carb from flooding out?

Wow just rebuild the carb there should never be liquid fuel in the vapor cannister that is why it is called a vapor cannister. Or just buy a rebuilt for $300 plus if your going to put a return line in go with the 4.0 conversion you will have to pull the fuel tank anyway.
