Im putting a used motor in my 96 and I figured I would put on a new exhaust system while I had it out. I found a sweet dual system on the summit site but ive checked all the performance sites and rock auto and the parts stores in my area and for the life of me I cannot find a replacement manifold. I found a header that is pretty pricey. Is the manifold a dealer only part? Any help would be great. Maybe LMC truck?

Ok just checked LMC truck and they have manifolds for 2.3 up to 93 and only for 6 cylinder and 8 cylinder for anything newer.

I know for a fact that the manifolds will interchange from 93 to 98 (Possible more years but these are the only years I have had first hand experience with.) The only difference is that the 93-94 manifolds are "header" style. They bolt up the same. The O2 sensor and EGR tube bungs are in the same location. I have seen many claim that the cast '95 and newer will out flow the header style but it will still bolt up and work.
