I find several issues with your question.
1) Need to know which engine you have.
2) It wouldn't be Rock Auto's part number, it would be Motorcraft's part number on Rock Auto's site. Part manufacturer always assigns part number, not the vendor. Vendors assign SKU numbers.
3) I looked at all three engines and the only 130 Amp MC alternators they have listed are reman, so even with a part number you won't find a new one because they don't have any.
It looks like if you want a brand new unit you need to go aftermarket, if you want Motorcraft you will need to go reman, and if you want a new Ford unit you will probably have to go to the dealer.
For what it's worth a reman Motorcraft should be just as good as a new unit, the only things that got reused would be the case, and maybe the pulley and armature, but the armature would have gotten new windings, so it would be as good as new.
