Car was driving just fine until suddenly the engine got rough while standing still idling at stoplights etc.

acceleration and throttle response however are virtually the same and the truck still pulls just as strong as before at medium to high RPM's, only when being stationary it is affected by the rough idle.

Found a hose broken off from the airbox to vac-man T-piece to a cylinder on the AC, replacing it helped somewhat, but still is running a bit rough(er) then it was before this happened 2 weeks ago..

Computer scan gives no codes and already started to check and clean all sensors..

Thoughts?

heh well looks like everyone is just as stumped as I am.

Update..
cleaned out and checked iac valve, same for the intake, measured 4 of the 6 injectors with multimeter which were fine and checked the plug cables&coil but noticed one other possible cause:

the wiper fluid hose was leaking and when I use it it sprays right on the coil... making it run much worse one day after posting until it dried up when it got back to the usual slightly rough idle..
wet/cold weather also seems to affect the idle... so my gut feeling says something might be affecting the ignition..

now I already have new plugs, cables, rotor, cap and a coil (msd 5527) on the way.. but seeing above, could it be reasonable thinking coil/plugs/rotor might be on the way out causing this?

well for anyone reading, mom and GF mentioned gasoline smell from passenger side when idling.. thus figured as above that it'd be bad spark..
so as I said, ordered a new coil, cables, plugs, cap and rotor.. and as soon as I stuck the new (msd) coil alone on, it ran like a charm.
cap and rotor were also worn out badly.
