They look like the ground wires that attach to the driver side by the parking brake, but could also be connected to the dash supports...or just under the dash.

They definitely look like ground wires though...

Sounds good, just wasn't sure about the red. Weird a red is ground.

It is weird to see a red ground, but yes, ground wires are the only things Ford ever uses those eyelets for.

They also used those weird gold bolts/screws to attach them...maybe they are brass for better rust resistance...or plated...but I don't think I've ever seen one even tarnished...
