Asked a few questions, well im back with more. Im not good with electrical AT ALL. I unhooked harness, re routed it, and also placed battery in bed of truck. Only wires we re did were headlights.

Turn key on, nothing. No lights, nothing.

Battery is grounded. Frame is grounded to engine, engine grounded to cab.

4 grounds off harness grounded to cab

solenoid grounded to cab

Power to solenoid is good, power to starter is good.

Where do I begin???

You begin by finding what you didn't hook up. If nothing works I would suspect that you are either missing a major ground, like the one at the battery, or you didn't hook up power to the battery junction box, and so none of the fuses or the switches have a positive feed.

Battery is grounded to the frame. Where is battery junction box? Do you mean solenoid?

If I had meant solenoid I would have said solenoid.

The battery junction box is that big fuse panel under the hood. The one that needs to have a connection to the battery + or nothing gets power.

If its similar to my 93 there should be a 6 or 8 gauge wire coming from the fuse box that adsm mentioned going to one of the large posts on the solenoid on the fender well. If that wire is not on the "hot" post of the solenoid then you wont have power to anything.
