How much did you bob the bed by? It looks really good!
Thanks man!
I think it came out to be a total of 13" shorter from the back of the bumper. I started the bob 1" from the back of the rear shackle.

I got bored yesterday. Shot a short video. I have not worked on this thing or wheeled in a while. I need to get back out there!
It still has a "wont start after i am warm" issue....

Sorry Man. I wish i was not so busy so i could work on this thing. I was thinking about selling it. But i know i wont get much for it.
Right now it doesn't even run. I did a tune up on it and now it doesn't start... GRRRR

I need it to work because i am expecting my first kid in July. So i need to get A LOT of wheeling in before then haha

I still need to make sliders and rework the rear suspension. It is too soft. The truck works quite well though. I have been doing some hunting as well for a cleaner cab. Once i have a clean cab, i will start to draw up an exo cage.

Thanks for the comment though :D

What set up are you running in the rear? It is really soft.

It is some kind of XJ/Explorer mix. I bought them off of my buddy for $20.
I am running 190# Superflexy EB coils from BroncoGraveyard. Those should be plenty soft. I am going to block my rear end one of these days then go climb stuff to see if my front end will tuck. If that works, then i am going to add a leaf to each pack.
If that doesnt work, then plan D haha. If i do ditch those springs, I will let you know. They would be very cheap, like $20. They were on a 89 BII with a D35 ttb. They worked great on that setup.

Damn my explorer leafs were not that soft, have you tried clamping them at the front and back like pulling trucks? Them front coils should flex really nice with such a low ppi.

And i was asking about the truck ahah, if you just want to drop me a pm with it let me know. Im curious, had to get rid of my ranger project and hoping towards summer to get another toy.

HAHA. Well, I wont sell the truck for $20. My wife wants a side by side. I would sell my Ranger and the trailer if we were to follow through with that plan.

I just hate how expensive those things are. I only got $2300 in my Ranger build including the tires and the initial cost of the truck. I made most of my money back by selling the TTB, lift, wheels and tires that came on the truck when i bought it. And i made $3000 with it by plowing for 2 winters. Then my trailer was $2200 new. So i got 4500 bucks (ignoring the snow income) in it and I can legally drive it down the road. That is a lot cheaper than a $14,000 SxS.... Buy my wife doesnt like the truck. She likes speed.... The faster the better for her.
I want to get a V8 Explorer with a shot front end and put my drivetrain under it. That would be family friendly.

Yeah, the fronts should work well with that ppi. The clamping thing is a good idea. I will have to try that out.
