I got a 5.0 in my ranger out of a 1984 lincoln town car (not 100% sure on the year but everything seams to work with the 84) with the motorcraft 2100 carburetor on it, does anyone have a diagram on where all the vacuum lines go.

You might find them on the on-line manual under the Town Car specs.

Using this link adds the user name and password (tech for both)...then look for the Auto Repair Reference Center Beta link in the list...

If it isn't there it shouldn't be too complicated...probably three or four lines tops on the carb and breather...if you are using the original equipment breather with the warmup tube...that's one...the others would be possible idle control and/or timing advance (distributor to manifold) and/or heater/AC control.

The Town Car being a luxury model probably had all of the above...but the repair manual probably covers it under engine controls or emissions.

Good Luck. My 80s grand wags had nearly 30 feet of vacuum hoses and the widgits they powered. Then there's the EVAP system. Before you go through the trouble, check the local laws on engine swaps. If you are gonna run it on the road.
