Hi got a 92 ranger standard cab standard bed 2wd had a 2.3 in it, now i got a 4.0 and thats giving up... getting a 302 out of a late 80's early 90's couger end of this month, might try to get the wiring too. Making it carbed. Womdering what all i would have to do to drop it in there. 7.5 3.73 rear heavy enough?
Heard of using a conv. Mustang mounts to sit it in there will the work?
Would like to keep my a/c & p/s is it posible?
I'd like to keep it manual, how would i do that, what trans and how to set up the linkage?
Best way to set up the gas tank or go fuel cell?
I know i need a dual sump oil pan, oil filter relocate, BFH fitting, driveshaft?, headers. Pretty sure im missing something
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you ahead of time.
