Hello!
Bought my truck 3 years ago
1992 Ford ranger xlt
4.0l ohv 5 speed rwd
It had 215,000km when I bought, now at 315,000km!!
Still at 175psi compression on all 6 cylinders, I've replaced almost everything From water pump, thermostat, heater core, radiator, rad cap, power steering pump, fuel pump, alternator intake gaskets, ext..
Straight pipe with flowmaster super 40, sounds nice!
Gtr r32 17in rims with 235/55s
Replaced clutch, flywheel, slave and master cylinder with a spec stage 2, shifts great!
Also gutted most interior except dash, door panel, a/c delete, spare tire.. Approx 500lb in weight reduction!
Currently working on a custom Vortech supercharger kit, to run around 6lbs of boost!
Have bracket made for a/c delete to mount a Vortech v1,2 or 3!
Also will be using a 12:1 Vortech fmu with stock injectors until I get bigger ones n figure out where or how to tune her!
AEM wideband
Digital boost gauge
255 walbro replaced my new oem fuel pump
All installed, just waiting on my Vortech v1 s-trim to arrive.. N I'll be bolting her on hooking up oil lines air intake, intercooler with bov get right size belt and i should be boosting!
When my head goes.. I would like to port my heads get a cams, forged internals headers, 42 lb injectors n turn it up a bit...
Also need a locker for my rear end, currently a 8.8 3.08 one tire burner!
And suspension/ steering, body will be last!
Let me know what u think!
Anything helps I'm still tryin to figure it all out, my main thing is tuning... And timing advance!!
