When it's hot out my truck starts hard. I crank the engine for about 10 seconds and it won't start. I try again and it starts. No cel, I've changed the fuel filter, plugs, wires, Coilpack, and cleaned the maf sensor. Been doing this for 3 months with no cel or any other problems. No mods on the truck. It's very clean with 86k. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does this happen all the time when its hot out? Even after its been driven for a while and restarted shortly after? Or only when it sits?

What happens if you only crank it for 3-5 seconds, then try again?

Need a bit more info here, but...

Next time, before you fire it up, cycle the key to on for 3 seconds, then off, then back on for 3 seconds, then off, THEN try to fire it up.
If it starts nicely after doing that you might be losing fuel pressure

It does it whenever it's above 75 or so. If it's off for a few minutes it hesitates to start. If I cycle the key a few times it still hesitates for a second or two.

Any idea where I would be losing pressure. Its been doing it for months. Only when its hot. I still have to cycle the fuel pump 2-3 times. I have no cel on, no fuel dripping, no pressure loss while driving, and I'm getting 30mpg ever tank.

Rent or buy a fuel pressure guage to be sure- but if you have low pressure it is either the fuel pressure regulator or the fuel pump.
