Hey eveybody I am looking for a front seat that will fit in my 1991 ranger extended cab. The current seat is a 60/40 split bench and it is shot. I have had zero luck finding any at my local junk yard. Where is a good place to look for a seat? Also will any other seats fit in my ranger like explorer seats. I would like a split bench if possible rather than bucket seats. Thanks for any help.

Try Craigslist near you. If not...get it reupholstered. You can get it done for a good price nowadays!! Call around and ask. You can pick what you want as well. Exploder parts will work (not all years). It is something to look into.

Cool I didnt even think of craigs list. Its not the upholstery thats bad its the arm rest that folds up to make the seat a full bench. The arm rest is broken off and there is a big chunk of the metal bracket hanging out that cuts the crap out of my arm if I'm not careful. Could the arm rest be repaired do you know? Thanks for the help.

Oh, that have a bunch of those arm rest on Ebay. I am looking for the one that has the cup holder on the front of the rest. I found two but the guys were selling them with bidding and not for 'Buy it Now' or I would have bought one.
