Ebay is full of them.

Another idea: You can also go with a modern Ranger's radio, if you are willing to adapt your truck to use the modern radio's style of connector. Wiring is same, just different connector shape. Do you know how to solder? I made a 6" short adapter that plugs into my 1997 dashboard's old (ie, pair of 8-pin) connectors and its other end plugs into the rear of a newer 2008 radio (using new style 16-pin connector). The new radio plays MP3 CDs, and has AUX input. Nice!

If your determined to get a stock one a junk yard or eBay would be good but I just put a Kenwood from AutoZone for $125 in mine

Never thought of that, i bet that looks pretty nice in your dash

in my 96 the original radio was broken so while i was at pull and save i bought a radio out of a explorer with am/fm cd cassette the works. then went to walmart and bought an adaptor kit for 20 dollars and with the wiring harness i cut out of the explorer i soldered the wires together and it works fine and looks stock
