I bought a new Dual head unit to update the sounds in my stock 2001 Ranger "4-door". I got a great deal on a 200 watt (peak) unit that will accept digital inputs, bluetooth, etc. I have the Scosche adapter and wiring harness adapter, but I haven't purchased speakers yet. I'd like to replace the existing, aging four speakers in place, and perhaps add a sub. I'm not into loud, thumpin' tunes. In fact, I seldom dial the stock system above 50% volume.
I know this is subjective, but I would like to know what some of you have experienced in replacing speakers - both good and bad. Also, I haven't checked yet...what size(s) are we talking about here? Thanks,
Osito
