Hi Folks, my Ranger just hit 200k so I decided to fix a few things. I have spent the last 3 days replacing all four ball joints up front, replacing shocks and a complete rear brake job (cylinders and shoes).
It is amazing what a little bit of time and money will do for a vehicle. I did not realize it was riding so rough or squeaking so bad. I have had this truck for about 10 years and this is the first major repair that I have had to do on it. I did replace the clutch at around 130k and the water pump at about 150k. I have been through about 4 sets of front pads but this is the first rear shoe replacement.
