Made this on the 4th of July, while I waiting to make things go boom. Took about 3 hours to get it done in total. Thinking about mounting two more in the center for some more light.:D

looks pretty cool. frees up more airflow to the radiator too which is always good.

you managed to use angle iron for a light bar and not make it look redneck.

-Spilly.... Ok so there are two bolts that hold the front of your bumper on. If you take the grill off, and look at the backside of the bumper, you will see them. They are located about 1 inch to the outside of the license plate. Here is the pic I used, and what gave me the idea. :icon_idea:

This a picture from the tech pages at stuffforyourranger.com (Giving credit where it is definitely due)

It takes a 13mm socket to get the bolt out. The biggest thing to watch out for is to make sure the grill still fits after you fab the light bar. Mine was a little tight. I used two L-shaped simpson straps (In the hardware section in HD) from the home depot to get bar out over the bumper. If you have more questions please feel free to ask. I used nuts as spacers on top of the bracket to get enough room for the angle iron.

Here are some more pics from the backside of the bumper, since I was too lazy to unmount everything. :D
