This is my 1986 ford ranger 4x4 auto with manual transfer an the 2.9l

its currently all stock excepted for the 31s. this is my baby i gave up 5 summers of my teen life to get this truck from my grandfather. i lost it about 3 years ago to the impound yard on the day before Christmas so you can imagine that they would charge the hell out of me for it. so after their 4 day vacation i did not have the funds to get it out their for i had to give it to them saddest day of my life. as soon as i found out they sold it i have ever since been looking for it to buy it back. i got deployed an sure enough it was up for sale, paid 800 for it. at first i couldn't believe it was mine because as you can see they repainted it from blue to red i hate the color red so it well be painted back to blue. its a short story of the back ground of the truck an why its so important to me

I can't believe you found it even after it was painted! Nice going!

It sounds like you are making the best of your second chance! Good luck! 800 bucks was a steal, really! It's clean.

this is my explorer it well be kind enough to offer its d35 ttb for the ranger along with the lift that's on it an the 36in swampers I have future plans for the explorer but that's another build for another time
I also got ahold of a ford 9 inch rear with disc brakes that well be going on it as well
the explorer supposedly has 11inches of lift on it I don't know if it really does or not
