I am looking to refresh the interior of my '01 Ranger Edge with something more towards the most modern Rangers. Is there any center console options, panel swaps and the like that anyone has installed? I'm trying to do just single seats with a good length center console, not of that seat and a half stuff. So if you know of any good seats for this project that would help as well. Also, it's an automatic 4.0L.

Thanks in Advance.

I swapped 2005 (I think) XLT seats into my '01 Edge. But, I have the 60/40 split bench ("seat & a half"). I'll be keeping an eye on this to see other suggestions. I'd like something that's out a new(er) Mustang, if possible.

95+ XLT door panels with map pockets and the nicer armrests would be a good upgrade.

There has been at least one thread where somebody put 05+ stang seats into a 98+ regular cab, but he didn't post any pictures of how he modified the seat tracks to fit.

You can get dash trim kits in many different finishes, wood grains, brushed aluminum, carbon fiber. I went with wood grain in my Ranger. The molded trim kits have a much nicer factory look. Aluminum knobs are also a nice upgrade.
