Hello all I had to cut tow of the studs that hold the spindle on to the knuckle. I went to my local dealer and he said he can't get them. Can I replace them with grade 8 bolts or were should I look for new ones. Thank you

I imagine grade 8s (more likely you will need 10.8s as they are metric) would be fine.

I’ve actually come across both US and metric from the factory. Seemed kind of odd. I was going to go looking for a source of replacements a few years ago, but never actually made it happen. Might have to source something though

True, but usually when dealing with generic bulk hardware if you get something with metric threads it is also rated in metric gradation. 10.8 is the metric equivalent of SAE grade 8.
