Agreed..the ls platform is so easy to get horsepower out of..nice ported heads, decent cam and ur way over 400 hp...let's see u get that out of a 4.6
With over a liter more displacement it shouldn't be surprising that it makes more power.

wow; i havent been on this site in ages and this thread is still alive. Just to let all you ford guys know instead of putting an ls in my ranger I put a 363in sbf in my 93 cobra w/ 76mm turbo ahahah
