Same problem as before, It's got gas in it, but it's not pumping all the time.

I'm not getting gas up to the second pump, I removed the line and tried. I can hear the pump in the tank, so I'm thinking it's ok. The fuel filter comes after the second pump, so what is this, another filter?

Depending on what year that's from, it might have a filter in it, it might not. It's actually a fuel reservoir.

If your not getting fuel up to the second pump then your screen on your tank pump might be clogged.

Take off the upper rear line and turn the key on. If you still get no fuel you have a problem with the tank pump.

That's a reservoir. If you determine it's the issue, just get a new one, they are like $25.
