Is it possible to pull the 4.0 and A4LD out of a 92 ranger together without taking out the radiator core support? This truck has no lift whatsoever on it.

The motor and tranny together? Yes, but you need a serious angle and a good cherry picker. I just did the same thing, a few weeks ago.

I removed the radiator itself and the engine fan, and then the combo will squeeze out.

It's definitely doable, I pulled a 2.8, A4LD, and t-case out of a BII a couple months ago without separating them. It helps to have the front wheels of the truck on some boards so it's a little higher, and someone underneath to push on everything.
