Stripping off powdercoat

I bought paint stripper and the didnt really work so i just ended up scraping off and sanding most but on the smaller tubes i cant really get around them. So what are the options for taking off powdercoat?

Aircraft stripper. They sell it at Home Depot. Or blast it off.

When I stripped my grille guard paint stripper (aircraft or otherwise) didn't touch it. Sandblaster just added texture to it.

Only thing I found that worked was a wire wheel on an angle grinder. Even then you get the feeling that you are more burning it off than ripping it off but you do get it off. The problem (which will haunt you) is getting into the tight places where the pipes are welded together.

And that is why I hate powdercoat...
