Here's the pictures I meant to post the other day. I reused the ruff stuff bracket I broke. Just beefed it up a little.

And after

And the track arm bracket I built.

Got the diff out last night.

Found this beauty when removing the lock right..

Seems as these are hard to find haha. Randys has them tho.

But no one seems to have my missing part in this photo...

Seems as there was only 1 thrust washer in the diff...

Anyone know where to get one?

Ill also have some drilling and extracting to do tonight to get these old pins out.

Ordered the parts, from Randys it was 8$ and 18$ S&H...:icon_confused:

So instead I googled the part #s and found morris 4x4. These parts came on jeeps. So i got them ordered and total was 12$. Score!

Hope this thing gets done soon.

Gotta do boatsides on a jeep tonight also... yay

Sliders I did on an xj the other night... Welding that lower door panel to the 1/4" steel was such a PIA... Low heat and low wire feed took forever...

Braced off unibody using 2x2x.25 square tubing and plates on frame.

Carriers back together with locker, feels a LOT stronger than ever.

Roll pin was actually 3/4" shorter than original I had. Wonder if someone used what they had laying around.

Also I ordered new diff seals, and looked at the axle shaft bearing while there. I noticed that autozone says there are 2 per vehicle required... What the? Theres only 1 on the pass side. Unless Im missing one haha

Anyone have any info to prove theres another? If not im sticking with 1.

Got the diff put back together with new seals.

Also hit the diff with a wire wheel and hit it with clear coat.

Got the diff installed and the axles painted up.

Installing that diff was no easy task. I had to undo one radius arm, remove the coil springs, and jack up the center of the truck.. Problem is the truck has so much flex now accomplishing any of those is not easy. I dropped the truck with no driver coil to re position the jack... My driver frame rail touched the ground haha.

Warrantied RC brake lines come in today and then ill make sure my alignment is correct and start taking measurements to make the DOM steering. I will be taking the knuckles off and milling them to 3/4" on my mill, along with the drop pitman arm.

Been a long time but the ranger has changed for the good.

All the droop (Strapped at 13* and 15*)

Newest found part for the ranger, a doubler

I have taken it crawling on the new front end setup, it works wonders with the Bypass shocks and King Bumps.
