Posted this before with no responce.so let's try again.
I converted from push button to manual tcase and would like the dash lights to work.
I have the manual case harness from plug to plug.
What do I need to cut, burn, super glue or duct tape to get it to work.

4WD Dash lights get power with the key ON, and they should light up as a bulb test with key ON

The Grounds for the bulbs is what lights them up, and the year of the 4wd vehicle determines which wires you need to ground each bulb

1994 and older used a shift control module, it has the 3 wires you want that go to the dash or you can pull light panel from dash and go direct

Follow this link to get the 4WD wiring diagram for 1994 and older Rangers: http://www.therangerstation.com/forums/showthread.php?t=170637

Red/yellow stripe is the Key ON power for the bulbs
Brown/white is the Ground for 4low bulb
Grey is Ground for 4high bulb

Your manual transfer case should have 2 wire connector, one grounded in 4high and one grounded in 4low, no ground so no lights in 2WD
