A 4BT is a Cummins diesel engine used in smaller work vehicles like delivery vans. Inline 4, sort of a shortened version of the 6 cylinder diesel that have been popular in the Ram trucks for the last couple of decades.

No idea on a '4tb frame'.

4tb inframe would be an rebuild kit for a 4tb.

An inframe kit is usually sleeves, pistons, rod bearings and gaskets, stuff that can be replaced with the engine in the machine and usually doesn't entertain crankshaft related parts.
