I have an `86 Bronco2 , the previous owner swapped in a 2.9 from a 1990. ive noticed popping at idle out the exhaust , i doing some checking and the tps sensors change from year to year . the correct part #s are ¨Alternate/OEM Part Number(s): CX1127, CX1127A, CX1136, E67F9B989AA, E67F9B989BA, E6TZ9B989B, E6VE9A486AA, E7TZ9B989B
And what is installed is a 1990 which is Alternate/OEM Part Number(s): 21919, E77F9B989AA, E7TZ9B989A, TPS221
I have noticed that in 1987 - 1988 and the part number changes. should this be my issue with it running a little rich?
I also have another question. my map sensor isn`t attached to the fender well. its dangling, the truck while idling pops as i mentioned, but if i disconnect the vacuum hose to the map and reconnect it it runs super smooth. any ideas??
