2.9 engine noise. Oil issues

Having a problem with my 89 Ranger 2.9L. New engine(rebuilt).Lifter noise on start-up.First time turned crank,new cam & lifters, New heads(china).Lifter noise for 15K miles went away then lower noise(bearing).2nd time everything new and Spanish heads.Lifter noise on start-up,with the back end on a down grade. With the front on a down grade no noise.I can't find a oil galley diagram anywhere. Any help?

2.9L lifter noise

I fixed the problem.Changed the oil and used 5-30W instead of 10-30.No noise going into the 2nd week.
