Oregon machine shops?

I'm looking for a machine shop in Oregon. I've had bad luck around here and I'm looking for someone reliable, honest, knows what they are doing, and not overpriced. Anyone recommend me a good one? Could be in Washington too!

Since you said WA, you may try Dusty's Automotive Machine in Vancouver, I recently had them do a bunch of work on my 5.2 and they seem reasonable and the turnaround was good too.

This may not help much, but.....years ago I had cylinders bored and a head redone by a shop in Mt. Angel and had no problems. I wouldn't think there would be too many in that area.If I remember right, it was on Wilco Highway pretty close to town.

Is it still there??? I have no clue. But I know that they did a good job and a young idiot like myself could afford it. It may be worth checking it out.

I couldn't find any sign of the Mt. Angel shop. It is probably gone.

Ive used Caldwell Automotive & Machine in Springfield quite a bit. Always good work and not too expensive. My race buddys use Grant Springer Engines out of Eugene with 100% satisfaction
