I finally got everything in and it was running great. After driving for a few days of driving, occasionally an odd whining noise started and sounded like a wheel bearing was going out but with a higher pitch squeal and coming from the transmission area. Now it's become an occasional high pitch squeal like a belt, but from the transmission/transfercase area. The noise only occurs while driving above 1st gear and above 2500rpm. I'm not sure if it's the trans, carrierbearing, transfercase, throwout bearing, or something else. If anyone has any ideas PLEASE let me know. The transmission was recently checked and everything was good along with a new clutch assembly.
