So, my "tulip style" driveshaft needs to go....and im looking for a good new driveshaft with u-joints that will work with 4" of lift on a 88 bronco II 4x4 5-speed....any advice? I was thinking maybe the one from bronco graveyard. Also, im prolly gonna replace the front driveshaft too, any advice on it? Do you think the conversian shaft from bronco graveyard would work with 4" of lift? Also, compared to the one offered by james duff, why is it like $200 cheaper?

Why don't you just go to the junkyard and take a spicer off one of the BII's. You can take it to a driveshaft shop and have the universals replaced, and have the shaft balanced. You can find the spicer's on most '87 to '88s, and it is a strong shaft.
