Honestly body lifts look like crap. And your not going to gain any lift up front with explorer coil springs. I'd save up and buy a James duff stage 1 3 inch lift kit with 2 inch coil spacers and then run 33's it only runs at like 550 with shocks and they have really good shocks. But thats just my opinion.

Im buying a procomp 2inch suspension on friday off of ebay for 90 bucks its coil spacers in the front add a leafs in the back.. It seems like an easier lift and better quality. Ive thought about the shackles and explorer springs too. Best of luck to you whatever you do!

You might be confusing the coil springs with the leaf springs. Explorer leaf springs for your rear axle will lift you truck 2 inches in the back. The front coils are the same as a rangers. I believe you can get some coils from a f150 and that will lift it 2 inches but i wouldnt go that route your ride would be crap because the coils are way to stiff.

The Procomp rear lift is an add a leaf. You take your leafs off and take them apart put an extra leaf spring in the middle bolt it back up.

If you do coil spacers and shackles you will only be able to clear 31's

I was looking at the blocks as well.. The add a leafs are supposed to be better ride quality from what I hear! If you did the shackles, spacers and a 3" Body you should be able to easily fit 33s!
