Finally got me a pair for the front end on my ranger with a 6" lift... and all i have to say is AMAZING! they are definitely worth the money:icon_thumby: i have a much smoother ride than before, especially with the lift on and the 37" tires i'm running on em(yes they rub a little). Just figured i'd mention they have excellent street manners, i have yet to take them off-road and see how they hold up there.

they suck offroad. have a set on front of my 2wd and am really dissapointed. they don't control the spring very well over some of the faster stuff and seem to fade really quickly. i think once you get going in the desert you're gonna change ur mind on them. don't mean to rain on your parade but i'm just very very unimpressed with them so far.

I am looking to buy either bilstein 5100 or 5150 for my ranger. Im just not sure if the 5150s will fit in the stock shock tower. Cause of that little resivoir. Anyone have the 5150s?

They will work, or at least they should: the resivoir is fully adjustable and can be rotated out of the way of anything that might be an interference issue.

I run the 255/70 in the rear, and 170/60 in the front...rides great! Best shocks I have ever ran.

I have the 5125's....which is the shock you'll get if you order "5100" series Bilsteins.

Bilstien off road shock shocks only have a NINETY DAY warranty ....and my shocks of 1 year and 15 days have started leaking with only mild off road use.
