I've got a buddy whose gf lives in Stillwater and he goes down to visit her about every other week, might have him pick it up from you if he's down there next weekend.
Oh and just for the record I won't be scrapping it...just selling it to someone with more spare time to work on it than I have.AHHHH! No SCRAP! No Scrap! No Scrap B2!
Yeah thats true. There is not a market for these unless they're lifted. I saw a really really nice, new paint job 2wd B2 for 2500. I walked away. whwn I got far enough away a laughed uncontrollably.I guess the other part of what I'm struggling with is that usually when I go through this it's some sort of classic car with more market value. With this thing, I could very easily have $3000+ in it just to get it in good shape but still 100% stock. And it's not something I plan on keeping forever, so resale value is important to me and the pure and simple facts are that it's a 1990 Ford Bronco II XLT, and they just don't have a lot of market value. I think it blue books for $1k even in good condition. That's not always accurate but even almost perfect I don't see getting more than $2k out of it.
So I either put another $1500 in it to sell it for $2000 if I'm lucky, or sell it for $1000-$1200 in a "clean looking, rough running but drivable" condition as it is right now.
