There is a large tech section at the top of every page labeled "tech articles". I found a page with info on an earlier model ranger but it should apply to yours too, as long as yours is TTB. Scroll about 3/4 down. http://www.therangerstation.com/tech_library/Alignment.shtml
The numbers on that page aren't making much sense to me...
My 1994 Ford service book states:
Camber
+.25° +/- .5°
Caster
+2.0 - +6.0°
Toe
+.06° +/- .25°
Camber split
0° +/- .4°
Caster split
-.8° +/- .4°
All Rangers with the Dana35 TTB axle (1990-1997) should have the same alignment parameters. Incidentally the numbers are also identical for 2WD trucks.
