99 Ranger with ABS and vacuum lock hubs, the front wheel bearings are humming pretty bad so i need to get some parts ordered so when the wheel falls off I have parts to fix it. LOL I manually lock the hubs in as the vacuum crap never worked, and I eliminated the ABS all together can I use this bearing?

Looks like the right bearing (provided your ABS is (was) 2-wheel a.k.a. rear-only ABS)...

I'd be very leery of the quality of it @ 44.99 with shipping included though. I would look for Raybestos, Timken or maybe SKF bearings if it was mine.

I agree I'm a tinken bearing guy. I've had real good luck with them. That's all I use.

I probably will try and find an American made bearing if I can, But I see no need of buying the ABS and vacuum hub bearing being I have eliminated all that crap. The truck came with vacuum hubs and 3 channel ABS all of which was inoperative at 260xxx miles so I put in a manual shift case and then modified the hubs so I can just lock them in and I put in a proportioning valve and pitched the ABS in the dumpster.
So basically I'm looking for a bearing that will take my factory lockout but does not have ABS or vacuum lines.

They may fit, though I can't say for sure the ABS and non-ABS knuckles might have a slightly different bolt-up pattern or something like that.

However I can't recall having read anything specifically saying that they don't interchange...

What I'd maybe suggest is take yours to an auto parts store so you can compare them side by side, just to be sure.
