Already did the blend door fix a few years back and has been working great ( http://www.heatertreater.net/magento/ford/ranger/93-08/ford-ranger-93-08.html ).
Now I noticed (cooler mornings ) the blend door is not always moving when I turn the temp knob cool to hot and back. The door is not jammed and will start to move after a couple of times of moving the temp knob back and forth.
So one of two things.. the heater control panel rheostat ? Or the actual blend door motor / actuator ? Best way to test ? I could just buy a new blend door motor or what voltage tests can I do at the motor plug end to monitor as I turn the knob back and forth ?
Thanks in advance.
