Haha, he will argue to the death that my ranger is purple as well. There is a little hint of purple in bright sunlight...but its dark blue damn it!

looks great man, my bro's truck has the same color, looks like deep blue in shade, and blu/purple in sunlight, also it hasa couple of green shiny hints, i think it was called deep wedgewood blue, not so sure nice color, and nice truck

Last I tried to go there the front gate was closed and had a few locks on it. We used to go down there all the time. Even had a few overnight stays down there. Did you have to go in the east or west trails( if you know)?
