Looking for help on a part number for my 03 Ranger. I'm trying to find the part number for the license plate wiring harness that goes from the two light sockets in the rear bumper to the connector in the tail light harness. I found two part numbers but not sure if it's what I'm looking for as I can find good pictures or good enough descriptions. 2L5Z-14405-MB and 3L5Z-14405-MA. And then I found this part number, but I believe it's the wires that go from the license plate light harness to the tail lights: 1L5Z-13A409-AB. Does anyone know of a harness from another Ford vehicle that would also work?

Yes, a roll of wire and a few butt connectors. Be adventurous and make the repair yourself.

In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.
Either make it or get one from a junkyard for a couple bucks. You could look at Rangers and Explorers and maybe even F150's at the junkyard.
