i am doing my own SOHC swap, pretty much stand alone system ran. fuel pump is on a manual switch (have fuel cell).
ignition is on a switch, it gives power to the solid red wire, and the red and green wire.
constant (solid yellow) has constant power.
2 thick black and white wires are grounded.
pcm/ecm has a "Chip" plugged in to disable pats sys, and the computer is working.
the truck has spark, it has power at the mafs, at the injectors, the coil, everything, even the pcm is gettin gpower.. it IS sparking...
the problem: no fuel, or better yet there is fuel in the rail, but the injectors are not firing. if i ground out the ground wire on the injector, you can here it click on and squirt, but it wont do it on its own. i want to get my truck ready, i have a race soon, and everyone is gonna shit a brick when they realize i bumped up the competition w/ a SOHC. (i race MDR and MORE in 1450 class). any help would be appreciated, everything else is done, just this last starting up issue...
thanks,
Sean K.
