If you switched injectors and #5 is still sticking open, then it's either the injector driver is shorted or another possibility is the grounding wire to the injector from the PCM is shorting in the harness.

This isn't a text messaging system. Use whole words.

Flashing will not fix a burned out power transistor, nor will it fix a short elsewhere.

In addition to what Mike said - how did you verify the wiring between the injector and the PCM is good - did you open up the wiring harness? What other testing did you do on it?

The harness is set up to always provide 12 v to the injector and the PCM triggers a ground on the black wire to fire the injector. Get an ohm meter and measure the resistance between the injector plug- black wire to ground - if good, it should not show a short. If it shows a short, then unplug the harness from the PCM and recheck like you did before - if still a short, the problem is in the harness - if the short goes away, then it's a bad injector driver in the PCM.

Cross check by testing other injector wires to verify the readings you get on the bad one.
