By no means am I a certified tech, I know there are a LOT of folks on here that know more than I do, but it looks to me like your timing marks are off.

If you ain't first you're last
Get the engine level and then use a level to see if the marks are pointing straight at each other, that way you will know it's aligned, looks a little off
