It took me awhile to finally complete this video. Originally I was trying to grab every smile, but it was to long. I am very proud of this video I made, spent all night and by far my favorite. I am just a beginner with basic skills on Sony Vegas.

Myself and two team members of KMR brought the truck and volunteered at the 2012 SNORE & Make-A-Wish "Wish Ride" event. It was amazing, I cannot wait to do it again. I cannot thank my sponsors enough for making it possible that I can give back and do this, especially Raceline for giving us boxes of hats and steekers to give out to the kids.

hey guys well we started out the season with a first place win in class 7 with SNORE at the Battle At Primm. I have uploaded videos of each lap about 16-17 min each on my youtube channel. Will be making highlight video as well as trying to update and post pictures of all the changes we made to the truck. We barely made it to the race.

Hey guys.... It has been a long time since we updated what has been going with FAST Fabrication and the new team name KMR (Keith Minnicks Racing, formerly FAST Racing). Here are some updates from when we ended our rookie 2012 season with a 4th overall in the 1450 class with HDRA. I did not take very many photos, but here is what I do have.
I realize I have not posted race photos and videos since the Fireworks 500 race last July. We had 3 races after that in 2012 one of which I have not yet made a video for. I will try and go back and make a little photo video collection after this.

We also have a twitter and instagram page. I am trying to update them more often on days we are at races or in the shop. Been so busy with the complete tear down at end of last year. Then the three races back to back and making all the videos and graphics this year.
December last year we began tearing the truck completely down to make some changes.








We pulled our motor, come to find out it only had two good cylinders, and one was toast. Picked up a new motor out of a mustang with only 18k on it.





Began cutting stuff off to make changes and fix issues on the truck. Cut the rear dual spare mounts off.


Pulled every part off and cleaned, painted before going back on. Will be doing this again in next few months but this time powder coat that matches paint job of truck.


Cut off the upper wishbone mounts off, and one of the lower GMR mounts. Got a centerline and put the rear end at the wheel base we wanted. Welded the GMR mount back on so it was in the same place on both sides. This was to fix all the rear suspension issues we had last year (curved coils, bent wishbone, snap spacers) and finally the broken upper mount ear on the first race of the second day. That was the end of our 6 race 2013 season.



Began making our new upper wishbone and mounts and setting up the geometry on the rear suspension. Used 4130 plate and tube for everything. Built a jig for the wishbone, used the new armada unibal bung, and tig welded the wishbone.





Other changes we made, before putting the truck back together. Like lowering the rear coolers to see out of back window.


Single spare mount, lighter removable bedside mounts (prevent stabbing and jabs in head and back while working on truck)

We worked 14+ hour days the week of BAP, we didnt make it to the Primm until 30 minutes after tech had closed. Nearly did not pass tech due to a failed brake pressure switch. Photos and video next.
